Yeah, it's a replica/fake.
They are being sold on eBay.

These are my stems.

Yes, to be completely transparent I guess the word REPLICA is not explicit enough and they are Chinese Knockoffs, fakes.

I use a 90mm version of this 3T stem on my track bike with no issues whatsoever. I bought off of AliExpress for an experiment. Cheep enough to give it a go.

The other stems in the listing are 100% legit.
