Bike Cult
I checked out the bespoke bike show in Brooklyn on Friday. It was a lot of fun and very interesting.
There were many cool bikes of all varieties, as well as some local builders of lesser fame. The venue, Warsaw, was also great, with tasty Polish brew, Pierogi and Blintzes amongst other delights. Got to meet Steve (aka RedRider) from Savile Road and Peter Weigle with whom I had had a twenty minute conversation about everything from bikes and boats to wood burning for heating. Thanks to Harry and others for making it happen. Hopefully others here got to enjoy it and the synergies were enough for future events. On a side note, hoping to meet some more forum members at Dirtphalt next weekend. Great riding here in Upstate NY. |
