Columbus Genius tubing
I'm considering switching frames to one constructed from Columbus Genius tubing.
As I understand it, this is a fairly light weight tubeset - sounds great. But I'm worried it might ride like a wet noodle. I'm about 85kg (although really I should be 10kg less!) I won't be racing, but I'm not the smoothest of riders. Alot of my climbs are mashed out in the big ring. My current frame is Reynolds 725. Any opinions? Thanks |

Tubing? Wrong question. Why are you switching frames at all- better fit, better handling, better tire clearance, different use, better color? But tubing is so far down the list... Which feels better, underwear made in Bangladesh and sold at Target, or underwear made in Viet Nam and sold at Walmart?

The Genius frame is second hand, it caught my eye, but I am/was unsure about the tubing. Judging by the comments in some of those other threads, I've decided to pass (for now at least.) Thanks |
