Moots stem and seat post.

Coming back from Yosemite Wed. we has some car trouble resulting in extra bills I was not prepared for so I'll be selling a few extravagant items I really don't need in order to ride. I think I can survive using Thomson stem and post but need the car in running order.
I purchased both of these new three months ago.
Moots Open Road Ti Stem
100mm, 84 deg/96 deg, for 31.8mm bar.
SOLD!!

Seat Post on HOLD until the end of the month
Will update if it becomes available later.
Moots Straight-Laced Seatpost
Titanium, 27.2mm, 380mm
$150 shipped

After hitting black ice and slamming into embankment my Nancy was frolicking in the snow while waiting for tow while I was stewing.
Actually we were very lucky to keep it on the road at all and for that we were thankful that the only damage was to the vehicle but stranded in the snow for 5 hrs is no fun.

Thanks Akelman, didn't really hit me how precarious our situation was until I got home. We were inches from going off on the opposite side of the road with a 600 foot drop.

Anyway, anyone wanting to get some Moots Ti parts better get them now because they are going to Ebay at a higher price.
Wouldn't sell them but for needing to rebuild the front end alignment of my car.

Those roads leading to and exiting Yosemite are scary as hell and that's in the summer time where driving over the cliff is leff of a issue. I can only imagine winter driving up there. Holy cow!

Glad you survived to tell us about it and sell your beautiful Moots stem and post.

Bob

Notice I went with black wheels and trim on the car. Otherwise had I went with white the Ranger and tow truck would never had seen us while stranded. :^)

These were taken the day before we left. The weather predicted maybe 3 inches of snow back over the pass, boy were they off. Actually I snow plow came by every 1/2 hr so we weren't totally stranded.

glad you are ok!

That stem and seatpost look amazing on your bike! I am in the market for a zero setback moots seatpost for my new serotta build. I believe it's 27.2 for serotta. If you don't sell this I can my next paycheck dec 28th put me on your reserve list. I would buy the stem, but need a 110.

all the best, bill
