I would think, the same as everyone else. If you need proprietary spokes for one of their wheels, you should probably just contact a dealer with the wheel info. Some of their wheels (Heliums?) probably used spokes that you can get from other sources.

(This is basically a bump in hopes someone with real information feels like posting.)

Mavic measures spoke length the same as everyone else: From the inside the elbow to the end of threads (or from the bottom of the head to the end of threads for straight-pull spokes). However, they measure rim diameter (as used for spoke length calculations) differently from most others. Most systems use ERD (Effective Rim diameter) as measured to the nipple slot (the effective end of the nipple threads), whereas as Mavic measures Spoke Support Diameter as measured to the spoke nipple seat (i.e. the face of the nipple hole inside the rim). The Spoke Support Diameter as measured by Mavic for a given rim is about 3 mm smaller than the ERD measured by other systems for the same rim. For example, Mavic lists the Spoke Support Diameter of the Open Pro rim as 602 mm, whereas as other spoke calculators will use an ERD of 605 mm for the Open Pro.

For the prices they charge for replacement spokes, they should be using laser interferometry!
