I've bought stuff from this seller, but not a bike. This one is a bit weird, the bike has clearly been used, but the steerer's uncut (so maybe someone used it with another fork?). anyway, completely not my size. I was trolling eBay for other junk.

This looks a lot like a forumite's Vanilla fillet cross. Must be similar years. Looks like there is also a Speedvagen road on the bay offered by this same seller.

the one you are thinking of was recently destroyed via a car accident (rider fared better)

the fork must have been done at COAT since it has the logo'ing on near the dropouts.
