So they won't work with a 23mm rim? They would look awesome on my white IF, but I'm planning on 23mm wheels with 25 or 28 wheels on that bike.

Just need narrower brake shoes to make them work with 23mm rims. I have Neg Gs that had the same problem, paid $90 I think for new shoes and pads. Stupid expensive, but if you want the light stuff . . .
