still waiting on my seatpost so this is a space filler. need to glue some corsa control 28mm tubies onto the boras for this one. they fit with room to spare.

The ride is really great. I set my saddle and never even moved it this morning. drop is right in the spot. position is as good as ive got. its like being on my Goodrich with better steering. This thing corners and handles amazing. that is the lasting impression after the ride. and its way less chattery than i would have thought. last time i rode carbon, the road noise was off the charts, this thing is silent, smooth, forgiving, but still quite stiff.

blah blah blah, oh yeah, its sitting right around 14lbs 8 ozs for people who care about weights.

what else?

Love that color matched with all black components and carbon wheels.

Thanks for asking! Rides the best part! But you most likely know what im saying...
So far my gold standard has been my steel Goodrich. No other bikes that have come or gone have felt as right or as good. This one may be right there or better.

This bike has a shorter wheelbase leading to more crisp handling it would seem. Otherwise the geo is nearly identical to the Goodrich (same seat and HT angles, same TT, same dropish, close HT) I think perhaps the HT is 1cm taller on this Festka. Its also 3 lbs lighter than the Goodrich, so it'll probably go up hills faster. I couldnt stop riding it yesterday. And we will have another date later today.

Your bike set up is so perfect. I wish my rigs looked that good and I could ride with that much drop!

thanks man, i keep moving to more drop, 9-10cm seems to be the sweet spot for me and my back. being more upright actually seems to cause more issues
