Need help with Di2 Synchroshift

I want to customize it to where it wouldn't shift to big and the last 3 cogs on the rear to prevent big big just like how you can't shift to small small with synchroshift. Is it possible to do that? I've been playing around on the software but couldnt find a way to customize it.

A quick answer that hopefully helps. You need the latest revs of the front/rear derailleur for it to work (too lazy to look up the numbers). Earlier revs had the limitation you describe (I know this from personal experience).

There was a lengthy thread on this ATH, but this post has the Di2 revs that do (and don't) support the configuration you're interested in.

Are you running the front derailer so as to shift automatically or manually?

There are situations where a brief trip up to the big-big is found preferable to dropping off the big ring, so if you are running the FD as a manual shift might it be best to just let your ears be your guide?

The one-by mtb's these days often have a much more-severe chainline up on the largest cog than any road bike, fwiw. Seems the bike makers want to secure your right to run very fat tires at all costs, and some accelerated wear and wattage loss is the cost.
