Figured out how to pay the property taxes on Monday.

Getting together the second RFP response in two weeks.

Looks like not a bad day to ride on Sunday.

So, its all good!

I'm insulating the project bathroom today--drywall tomorrow with a bit of luck. (Had to spend a day fussing with the ceiling joists that were seriously out of whack, but I think it is now flat enough.)

I'm starting to imagine the room finished--after a good long while.

(I can't believe another week has ticked by since this thread started.)

Almost done with the long list of house projects. A year ago I would have sworn the light down the tunnel was a headlight. Now I can see it's really the end of the list. A few more days... A few more days...

Wow, another week!

I dont know what to blame it on, but the weeks have been flying by lately, cant believe another Friday is on us!

It's truly a glorious November morning here in NYC. The sun is out, it's mid 50's and warm, and the outlook is good.

I wish i would have taken a 2-wheeled thing to work today, it's that nice out. I'm hoping to get my ducati out this weekend and give it a bit of a run before it gets laid up for the winter. maybe get out on the road bike for a bit too, depending on how things go around the house. lots of little projects to get started.

how is everyone doing today?

I'm doing great. Going to ride both days this weekend, looks to be sunny if chilly.

Back from 4 days in Yosemite, beautiful. Did a 7 mile hike on our last day around Mirror Lake and the valley trail. Getting on my bike today. Life is good.

Beautiful weather here in LA. Up to 1 hour riding on the road. Knee healing ( slowly ).. But, my stress level is off the charts as I am waiting to hear from the potential buyers of my house to sign off on the inspection contingency.

It's an 80 year old home and they inspected pretty much every inch of it. I have a feeling they will either ask for a boatload of money ( for repairs that are probably not really needed ) or they will back out of the deal. Not sure how I will handle it....

Besides that, life is good and except for swelling and tightness in and around my knee, it's pain free!

We've had a really wet week with probably 2+ inches over a couple of days.
Saying that it's gotten cold and the trails will be frozen solid this weekend and should be fantastic for riding!

Currently have my fat bike set up with a 29+ wheelset which should be money until we gets a couple of decent snowfalls.
Already have my cool weather gear ready to go for an early AM rollout

28 degree morning ride, got back after sunrise and went to get groceries. Got to work late which I'm ok with, as now this evening I get to hunker down and wait out the upcoming snowstorm this weekend.
