You deserve it!! Thank you!

Tomorrow, my son and I are going to attempt to ride up to the top of Mount Tamalpias. Stoked to hang out and be a goof ball.

Yup another Positive Attitude Friday commute home. A great day at "work" it really is a fun job. Then a fast ride home as the sun set and the temps dropped. I was home in time for a great meal of New Orleans style Jambalaya
and a movie.
Have a great weekend and Veterans day.

Although today's been a bit of a beeoch (arrived hospital at 10, wife in OR at 2:50, recovery room now 6:25) she should be good to ride in 3 months. It's been a long road for her dealing with some severe foot problems that ultimately made riding too painful. She's my cycling inspiration and the thought of the two of us hitting the road together again after 3 years has got me a bit giddy.

Not a fun Friday, but absolutely a positive one.

As for me - had a great workout at the gym last night, getting back into the swing of off-season training. looking forward to the weekend and short week next week to really relax and recharge. This is the "fattest" time of the year for me, and it's good to not be focused on any real goals or other objectives other than spending time lounging around the house, drinking some good wine and getting ready for a turkey feast with family.

i hope everyone has a great day and weekend!

Last weekend was my 1 year dating anniversary with the new GF...she wrote me the sweetest, most romantic card I've ever seen. I teared up.

This week I saw one absolutely amazing, must see gilm (Jo Jo Rabbit), and one pretty good movie (Knives Out, spoiler, the knife did it).

Tonight I'm seeing Ken Jeong.

Life is good.

Hunting has reconsumed me. Spending every spare moment at our land bowhunting. It is the most fun for me, regardless of outcome. I don't need the meat to survive, but I will use it and like it. Totally a thrill of the hunt and experience nature experience for me. So glad to get back to it and hopefully will have some sort of success by seasons end.

That's really cool

On the movies, do you normally go see a lot? Good theatre? I haven't been to one at the box office in quite a while......

Normally...NO, but I saw two this week! Very unusual, but also fun. I really LOVED Jo Jo Rabbit...it hit me in a lot of ways.
