Pinarello does MOST components. Would it be wrong to assume those bars are also MOST?

Hmm that would be a good guess. I cant seem to find most bars that look like that tho and i figure that bars are so personal that maybe riders get to choose those they want and then they are debadged (like this one) for professional use.

The pictures are bad so I can't really confirm, but they look like the Specialized Aerofly 2, which Viv would have good access to being on DQS, and come in a track-friendly 38cm.

you're probably right on target...the transition from stem to bar is done beautifully...kind of looks like the Jaguar, but with a flatter shape and nice slope. probably a prototype.
