Smaller diameter brake cable housing needed

Smaller diameter brake cable housing needed for just resrayed Caylor frame
I just tried white Jag wire brake cable housing and Shimano brake cable housing and Campagnolo brake cable housing thru the top tube brazed on cable guides and none fit. Seems opening is almost the same diameter will allow housing to go thru but very tight.
Who makes a lined smaller brake cable housing ? In white best
Thanks
Charles

5mm diameter appears to be it

Has 5mm diameter appears to be it. I consider the options on the link provided
I think just too mush paint in holes Perhaps remove that and add thin clear coat to protect than housing will fit Very close to fitting now thanks

I may have some old (unused) Elephant cable housings, which were the first (that I know of) Telfon-lined housings, with a tubes that slips over the brake cable. It is in yellow. PM me if you're interested and I can send pix.
