What tires is everyone running now?

My Vredestien TriComps are dead and they don't make them anymore. 25 width preferred. Would stick 28 in there if I could (don't think I can). Clincher.

Anything similar with maybe a bit more durability?

I bought some Michelin power endurance tires to try. I rode them on a 50 mile ride, today. They ride nice, with the larger 25mm size and 5 psi lower pressure. The rubber compound is supposed to be long lasting. Flat are not a problem where I ride. I rode Michelin Pro 4 tires for a year now and never got a flat. These should be better.

I've been a fan of Vittoria Rubinos in a 25mm width for a while. The latest generation works for me for everyday riding, only being prone to flats near the end of life (like every other tire). Our roads are not the best, with debris and cracks/holes common for most of the year. I've found that some tires work in some environments better than others, but these have done the trick for me everywhere I've gone.

I usually wait for them to go on sale and buy in bulk. Competitive Cyclist has 2 packs on sale for $38.95 for the next 48 hours (until the Tour ends).

Conti 4KIIS...23 on the front, 25 on the rear.

once the 5Ks become more affordable, I'll try them.

Veloflex Corsa with latex tubes.

Probably not as durable as Conti, but they ride very, very well.

Tires

I am currently running.
GP5000 TL 700x28
Schwable Pro One Tubeless 700x28
Vittoria Corsa G+ TLR 700X28

Also GP4000 700x28 clincher

I think I like the GP5000 best of all.

I like Michelin. Currently working thru a few Pro4 Service Course for front, and Endurance for rear. When these wear out, will try the Power. These are pretty much race tires, so don't expect 5000 mile life.

Never had any unexpected problems with them, and think they are a good combination of suppleness and durability....for how and where I ride.

For my traveling bike....Gatorskins.

Are there GravelKings in 25? If there are, I can't find them.

I.will check out the Veloflex Corsa. And the Rubino. I used the Rubino way back when but they felt weird. Like they were squishy. Not good.

Conti GP4KSII, 23s on the road bikes, 25s on the tandem racing wheels. They actually measure the same width (26.1mm) since I’m using wider rims on the road bikes. I’m planning on trying the new GP5Ks when I run through my existing tire stock.

Conti GP 4 Seasons (25s) on the winter bike. Yes, in salty road CNY, it’s nice to have a sacrificial winter road bike...

Panaracer T-Servs on the tandem everyday wheels.

Panaracer Gravel Kings (28) on the gravel bike wheels for mixed pavement/smooth dirt rides. Panaracer Gravel King SKs (35s) for rougher, all-gravel rides.

Greg

They make them in 26, not 25, but that's pretty darn close.
