Catella X SC Velo 2019
Happy new year folks!
Took this picture Last night on a ride up to Glendora Ridge road. Testing our new jacket with the Elite SC Velo team. More on this below. Can you believe the light!!! We are calling this one the Ridge Jacket, duh... Out soon. We are using "event" wind fabrics with a built in vapor barrier lining. The jacket has lungs, ok, ok please allow me to explain. The jacket allows perspiration out because of the smaller molecules of vapor but does not allow large water molecules in. Although not a rain jacket it will resist some drizzle and definitely that wind back down the decent. Pretty cool right! Oh yea, SC Velo. Big things are happening in 2019! We are now the official garment supplier of SC Velo 2019! SC Velo is such an important club in the Southern California Region with decades of active racing, charity events, and juniors development. They put on the San Dimas stage race every year attracting talent from around the world. Its one tough course! Glad to be on the team. Paceline peeps, to winding roads and long climbs in 2019! Womans kits
Not your boyfriends jersey. Woman's gear built specifically to fit a woman's body. Last year we began building kits specifically cut for women. No "unisex" labeled garments, just doesn't fit properly.
We have two a new jersey this year based on input from women. Our newest Catalina Jersey uses 4 different fabric zones to create absolute comfort. The front of the jersey uses a Shield fabric to keep the jersey breathable but not sheer. Under the arms we use a highly breathable mesh fabric. Below that a light micro perforated 4 way stretch fabric that you can hardly feel. The back is made with a light 4 way stretch fabric that is extremely breathable, quick drying and comfortable.
