Please help me ID this ti stem, part 2

I just picked this up. Very nice ti stem with great attention to detail. Welds are flawless, All ti hardware, this thing is crazy light. The expander wedge is aluminum, and the handlebar clamp shows lots of work including tapering edges of clamp. But no single element to help me id it.
Any ideas?

Good resource - http://neloscycles.com/Stems-Titanium-Quill-Stem/

Appears that its a 3ttt- the tapered separate top cap, the detail work. Similar stems from Litespeed as well, but the top caps are different. Itm is very similar, looks like a lot of these came from the same source, very similar detailing at the front clamp.

Thanks for that web link. Digging further, I am now
99% certain that it is a Cinelli, albeit not a Grammo, based
on the bar clamp.
Not bad for twenty five bucks! Soon I'll see how noodly the
thing is.

I cannot find any old Cinelli catalogue scans however. I'm guessing this pre-dated the infamous Grammo. Anyone know when it was introduced?
