Egg beaters - pals still like em'?

I have been using Eggbeaters since roughly 2005 with zero failures. The only thing I have had to do is shoot grease into the pedals using the supplied fitting when the pedal starts feeling "gritty."

just had another friend have egg beaters explode on a ride. second set for her in the last six months.
