Been thinking about swapping my aluminum Standert frame out for a Great Divide. Out of my price range and I def don’t need it but everyone has positive things to say and it is making it hard to resist!

In updating some of my other bikes I realized, I never posted one of the Great Divide in its new home with its new Deda Superleggera post. I'm headed to Nashville tomorrow to visit this one so, why not today?

Back to riding this guy in Nashville everyday. Such a sweet riding bike, it just stays so planted and flows along the road.

Maybe I'm a little spoiled, but it makes the 585 I've been riding in Florida feel a bit rough and unrefined.

If you had to choose between your Hampsten and your no22, which do you think you'd choose and why?

Which No22?

I probably don't have enough miles on the Hampsten (only 30, no long rides) to make a real determination, but my No22 Reactor is the single best bike I have ever thrown a leg over and will never leave my collection.

As for the Hampsten I see it as the more refined version of this Great Divide, as I asked for a "bike to race Paris-Roubaix" from Steve so in many ways it's this Great Divide (which was a stock frame) with a bit bigger clearance and much more explosive acceleration. So if I have to move one, this No22 is probably the one to go in favor of the Hampsten but for others it will depend on your ride style as this one is just sublime for that Gran Fondo style riding.
