Size up or size down? Geometry geek out.

Not sure I can follow all abbreviations used. Likely I’m not that deep into cycling world as I thought (in terms of terms used). If you can expand on abbreviations and how to read your message, I would be grateful.

One thing that I got is WB = wheelbase, but cannot see 979mm wheelbase measurement, as the drawing says slightly above 1 meter.
However, appreciate the feedback. As said before, feel free to roast. I’m ok with receiving corrections to my thinking, as it’s not always right.
