My first Serotta and it rides amazing, but may be a touch too small for me -- I usually ride a custom-fit 58cm Della Santa. Thinking of swapping out the white saddle and bar tape for either dark brown or black. The Chorus groupset works perfectly fine as this is meant to be more of an "around town" bike for me.

We'll need to see pics of that Della Santa too. Rolland is one of the more revered builders around these parts, as you've probably seen.
