my experience, after trying a wide variety of cassettes with etap:

Dura-Ace is amongst the worst. It works, but not well. Tried it with two different 9000 cassettes and shifting was hesitant/jumpy.

I found Ultegra and Campagnolo cassettes to be better - in fact, Campy better than SRAM Red. Out of all, I found the best shifting with SRAM's 1170.

Cranks: Shimano shifts like a dream with eTap.

ymmv.

I use a DA crank (originally a 9000 and now a 9100) with eTap and it shifts great. As for the cassette, I've always used Ultegra cassettes as I just thought the DA cassettes were too pricy. The Ultegra cassettes work great with eTap for me, smooth and quiet.

Yes, and it works great

You have to adjust properly. +/- a bit in the cycle but no biggie. Anyone that's had an issue might want to revisit the manual

PS: 11SPD with short cage is on sale at QBP. Shifters, F/R mech and charger only...but it's a deal, don't let your IBD sell you short. You could save a few hundred $

Got a link?

There a bunch of legit dealers on ebay selling shifters, f/r derailleurs, and chargers for $995

c'mon Steve, you aren't new to this..grey market, back door deals, OEM overstock resale..'Probably' first quality but if you do have an issue, warranty 'may' be an issue..A lot of these places 'self warranty', nothing thru the manufacturer..buyer n beware and all that.

Honestly, I’ve purchased innumerable Shimano and SRAM groups off of eBay and from UK online retailers. I have never had an issue with any of the groups I’ve purchased. EVER.

I have had a couple of issues with Shimano pedals that I purchased on eBay. Shimano was happy to warranty them, no questions asked. Actually, they were so good about it that they just replaced the pedals with a brand new one.

Not saying you would. BUT more than a few have some difficulty resolving warranty issues with stuff from ‘some’ places.m
“No questions asked”, yup, sometimes.
