It looks like the OP is using the medium cage Chorus "HO" rear derailleur that is designed for the 11-32t cassette.

+1 on add a quick link, been there done that.

That said, you could ride this and stay out of big/big and be fine.

I looked at my 2018 Chorus medium cage RD today, in the big/big combo. It looks about the same as the picture posted and I know for certain that the chain would hang loose, in the little/little combo if another inch was added, so it's not too short. I cetainly don't use the big/big but it doesn't hurt a thing to shift into it.
