Having spent countless hours on the phone with a dual input headset, listening to a call on a traditional one-ear handset now annoys me. I can really wrap my head around a conversation with input from both ears. Give it a go. You will be amazed. Listening with both ears allows you to gain a level of focus that is not otherwise possible.

go to the Jabra and/or Plantronics websites and look at their call center headsets.

Perhaps it’s not just the headphones and the environment too. Lots of reflective surfaces make for poor audio.
I use cheap iPhone headphones at home and jabra at work. The headphones sound as good and no one has ever said it’s not clear and natural sounding audio when I asked. |

I would probably look for a set of nice video game headphones. They usually have good microphones and are pretty comfortable.
I am not sure how the mic is but my sony XM2 are incredible, heard the XM3s are deeply improved and they improved the mic too and are being reviewed as the best bluetooth headphones out there (too bad seems impossible to get em and they are not cheap) |

I have the Jabra Evolve 80 (wired) and Evolve 75 (wireless) both are excellent. My exhaust pipe is broken and my car is extremely loud right now and the 75 works so well, that my wife didn't know I was driving when I was talking to her.
