Winter Stainless Steel Di2 Road: "Destrier"

I recently finished this stainless steel road bike. It is built with internally routed Ultegra Di2, the new Calfee battery seat post install and a "working group" of nice and practical riders parts. The stainless is brushed, and the stem, spacer and fork use a proprietary complimentary brushed chrome. The lovely blue paint is by Keith Anderson, and shows a "peek-a-boo" stainless down tube script.

The full gallery can be seen on my site. Photos courtesy Anthony Bareno of Velo Cult. Construction and detail gallery here.

Why did I open this thread up?

I knew the bike would look so cool, and I am very bike money broke right now.

Great looking as always!

Way cool ride! The retro look but with Di2, touch of class. The Calfee design is genuis. Love the idea of using the seatpost as a battery pack.

Thanks- I really like how it's Di2, but doesn't scream "tech" or whiz-bang. Its a classy bike with a classic look. The best part is she treats it like a bike and rides it hard!

It's a 62.5cm frame with a 60cm top tube and a 13cm stem.

The owner is 6" with very long arms and legs for her height. I caught a few 6'+/7'- gentleman sneaking a sit at NAHBS and they looked good.

We have the Oregon Handmade Bicycle Show in Portland October 20-21 this year. I'll be borrowing this back, and showing it with a 48cm frame I am currently working on.
