Saddle for riding without chamois

Polling the Paceline audience here. I'm a fan of the Fizik Arione 00 when I've got the bibs on, but it's a bit hard on my rear when I'm just riding to/fro the gym or around town.

What saddle do you prefer when you're riding without bibs?

Brooks

I’m with Ken although the Team Pro is my favorite flavor.

my coffee/errand bike has a WTB mtb saddle on it that has some more padding than my typical road saddles and a pressure relief channel. i like it a lot for riding in street clothes.

get a fabric scoop. They are cheap and work well with and without chamois.

In addition to my B-17 I'm surprisingly comfy on an Arione and also a WTB mtn. bike saddle that came on my 2001 Marin Rift Zone. I liked it so well I bought another for one of my road bikes. When I sold that bike the buyer had me swap for another saddle from my collection so I still have and extra WTB saddle.

I find this all person preference. I ride selle italia flites on all my bikes, and have done centuries on them without chamois. Just try and find what works for you.

Berthoud, Brooks or Rivet saddles are my go to with or without a chamois. I ride the soulor/galibier and I have a brooks swallow and rivet independence and they all do a fine job.

Selle

Selle Anatomica FTW, with B-17 in second place.
