wanna share a better way to performance enhancing

Last week I rode on my regular route and from the get go, I was going a lot faster than I usually do, and was practically flying up the hills. It took me almost 20 minutes into the ride before I realized what was going on.

I forgot my water bottles.

things were going so well that I decided to continue and rode all the way to my designated rest stop at a convenient store 20 miles away. Fortunately. the weather was nice and cool, a mere 60 degrees.

Please share your performance enhancing experience (other than the usual suspects).

Stretching regularly. And six shots of espresso.

If I feel really good on the bike, I almost always figure out I have a tailwind

This is very true for me also. Today was such a case where I crushed all my PR’s. Sure enough I had a good tailwind.

Hey, do you want "enhanced male performance" or not? (that's what the ads on the sports-talk radio station call it)

I experienced both of these today at my ride. I stretched in the morning and that did wonders to the ride later. Coming back was a blast with the tailwind behind our backs.

Louis pal, I most definitely don't know what you are talking about.

Talking

I want to say that having nice looking rabbits to chase helps,
because over the weekend I chased down 5 females racing in there own category who set off in front of me in a time trial.

But then again it might have just been my fitness that let me go so fast.
Ended up first in my category over my riding buddy, on a flat course, who out weighs me but he didn't have good looking rabbits to chase.

Lots of sleep, up at dawn, a croissant and two coffees (espresso is best). Works great.

Please use the non-deragatory term "trim" to describe females in lieu of "rabbits".

I have noticed, personally and by observing others, that, in the weight room, the intensity of lifting goes up significantly when there are attractive female lifters on the floor.
