https://www.alltrails.com/converter/?referrer=gpsies

Have not tried it, but I read it converts in either direction.

go to Garmin Connect

click on activities, go to the details of the completed activity, then click the gear icon in the upper right of the screen, then you'll see a pull down of all the things you can do, and one o them is convert to whatever you want.

DC Rainmaker covers things like this in some of his postings. I was able to stitch together a Garmin 800 file with a Fenix 5 file to build a complete single ride. I had forgotten to charge the 800 after the first day of a two day ride and it died 10 miles from the finish of the second day. When it did, I started the Fenix and got everything but cadence...

For that situation, it was just a matter of opening both files in a text editor and copying relevant bits to the right place...

If any of the above fails, and you can get your route in Strava, you can download the gpx file from a Strava activity.
