Unfortunately nothing like this in the Greater Vancouver area. Seawings https://www.seawings.ca in Sidney/Victoria will pickup from their warehouse in Blaine, Washington and Bonded Carrier it to Sidney/Victoria Airport. $18.00 however you can only pick it up at the Airport. Otherwise separate currier and broker agents from Blaine to Vancouver, two bills $50.00+, no integrated service period. Also they really only want to deal with commercial accounts, one time private individuals take a back seat.

A well organized small business/service could make a killing in the Vancouver. lower mainland right now, however getting it organized means getting across the border to set it up and currently that is a task in itself.
