Nice link.
I've seen a few of these performance videos over the years, but this takes it.

She did a bar ride while spinning!! Are you kidding me?????? I remember trying to do them straight on and now they are spinning. Crazy, That routine would have one every flatland routine from back in the day.

There's a young kid who was riding with one of Composite teams who pedaled to the top of Mt. Tam via RR Grade on his mountain bike. My friends and I were gathering in Mill Valley and saw his group heading out at the same time as us. Chatted for a bit. One of the coaches sent this link to a friend of mine later.

Memories

I use to do this on my BMX bike when I was younger.

I would start riding normal then turn around and switch to sitting on the handlebars then turn back and get to the seat all while the bike was still moving.

One tip.
Remember your brakes switch hands and DON'T hit the front brake.

Glad I didn't crack my skull when I was a kid and we didn't have helmets.

Ride Safe,
BamBam

The crazy things is that while she was European champion, she never won world's. Her best was 2nd.

And from up north in North Bend WA

''Dad taught me that skill when I was about 10, much to the dismay of mom. I used to be able to ride along, flip one leg over, then move to handlebars while flipping the other leg over, and continue on down the road. Then reverse it. I don't recall crashing, though I probably did a few times.
