Besides the snafu this weekend (i was able to watch the last 15k or so live, so worked ok in the end), GCN+ has been pretty good... watched the mens race live this morning, and was able to watch the womens after the fact while on my trainer...

I use my IPAD and for any races not available in the US, i just use a VPN set to europe and i'm all set...

Also, just found out ROKU had airplay capabilities now, all our TVs are Roku TVs so now I can just airplay the racing on my TV, super easy if I want to watch when i'm not on the bike (just use my ipad for that)....

Anyways, for $25 and the download of a free VPN, i can't complain, been watching the rerun from last weeks UAE tour, and will work backwards to older races once I'm done with that... its been high def 99% of the time when i'm using airplay on my 65" TV so its been great to watch...

One thing that has improved in GCN/Eurosport cycling coverage is the addition of Adam Blythe as a full-time No. 2. He is this next generation's Sean Kelly (minus the palmares, of course). His commentary on KBK was instructive, prescient and generally fantastic.

Has anyone been able to mirror the app from a iPhone to a Apple TV? As soon as I do it either gives me a error or just spins and doesn’t load.

I may have to resort to plugging it in via a lightning to hdmi connector.

I did it this morning and over the weekend without issue. iPhone 12 and 4th gen Apple TV.

I wasn't able to mirror via iphone XR and apple tv. tried to do through browser on tv (samsung) as well and couldn't succeed. coverage has been good though, broken handlebar and all!

A warning- I just looked at my billing info for the full price plan, and it showed up as recurring, and there is no easy way on the site to turn off recurring payments, which means I have to contact them. GRRR.

Are you trying to watch the live show one or the one that is men’s race? The men’s race it says isn’t on yet.

The men's coverage starts in about 10 minutes.

I had no problem watching the women's race. What an ending to that!

Who else is watching the men’s race now? Live video has been ok from ~90km. Now at 65km but no commentary still. Edit - stopped streaming and restarted, commentary on now. I’m streaming from iPhone XR to TLC/Roku.
