Hmmm, mine aren't really rare.
My Speedvagen is/was one of a kind - it is fillet-brazed. At the time, Sacha said he wouldn't build it that way, then had a change of heart leading up to NAHBS. He built it himself as a show bike, so I guess it's a Vanilla? I love this bike. My one and only pair of tubulars (Record 10 silver on Nemesis) were purchased from someone affiliated with Team Vacansoleil who was selling off the team stock, likely as they all transitioned to carbon hoops. I bought them used off a website when living in Switzerland a few years ago. |

For now, it is likely my 1980 McLean "Perfect Pleasure."
I waited six years for one of these that fit and it was well worth it. I have some nice bikes around the house, but this one is a dream ride for me. I'll post new fotos after a few off season updates.... https://www.flickr.com/photos/362700...57654326614029 I'm updating bars, brake levers, saddle, tires and water bottle cages to suit my riding style/preference. BTW This bike has excellent road manners! I hope to pick it up in person next June. No fotos till it's in my hands. |

1990 J.P. Weigle Road
I don't see a lot of Weigles out there and took me a while to find one so to me, its rare. Its also my favorite of my "collection" |

I had a Trek Lime that i picked up on CL to run the dog around the 'hood. Since it was designed for people who don't ride bikes, It was a PITA for someone who does ride bikes. Replaced it with a belt drive Trek District. much nicer.

1975 Wizard. It is now assembled, less brakes and cables. Still polishing brake levers and looking for acceptable cable housing.
Not near as rare, a nice rider non-the-less, 1991 Ed Litton 1989 Landshark Dirtshark and in the project que, a 1985 Hujsak |

+1 - incredible. The saddle looks like my son's potty! Does it collect fluids?
