NuWave: The future of Pacenti and Bikelugs.com

Just thought I'd share...

I had read about it on some thread or another earlier in the year, but here's something official via the man himself, Kirk Pacenti. I had asked him about the future of that famous fork crown during a PM exchange re: something in his posting in the FS thread and he forwarded the attached .pdf to me.

For those who didn't hear and don't know, from what I gather - after the deal with Lynskey to purchase his company fell through, Pacenti looked elsewhere. Looks like he's helming a new company called NuWave, and is trying to bring OEM composite production to the US. Also sounds like he aims to revive Pacenti Cycle and keep bikelugs.com going. I'm interested to see where NuWave goes re: OEM composites and as someone who aspires to one day build frames, am certainly glad to hear that bikelugs.com will still be around. All you 650b'rs should thank your stars!

Cheers,
Chris

Is 650b still a big deal?! I agree that for small size bikes, it works well. But, are people still going ga-ga over this size?! Good Luck!

I won't speak for Kirk regarding the 650b stuff, but he is working on something much bigger than just 650b components.
