cable replacement deore SL-M511 shifters

anyone know which cover is removed to replace cable on these shifters? appears to be a removeable cover on the top of the body and the bottom.

hate to have springs and stuff spring out if i remove the wrong cover.

On every trigger shifter I have seen there is a small black plastic screw that is removed in order to run the cable.

It it located where the white arrow is pointing. I have never seen one that required removal of a cover.

If there is no plastic screw, perhaps try the Shimano web site. Their instructions are pretty clear.

good luck.
