Ruffy Tuffy 700x28 fit my serotta ottrott?

I'm and work and can't measure. But I'm thinking it will.

If your bike is custom, the answer to your question would depend on how you had it built. My non-custom Serotta fits 700x28 Schwalbe Ultremo's just fine.

the fork you have is all important for clearance

but then you probably have an option of a 25 if the 28 hits at top

Ruffy-Tuffy and Roly-Poly tires measured a full 28mm on my Open Pros. They were a bit bigger than my 700x28 Continentals. The good news is that on my bikes I ran out of clearance at the tire top/fork bottom interface and Riv tires tend to be fatter and rounder rather than taller so you may get by. My F1 fork would just barely clear 700x25 Continentals at the top. My O2 fork had a bit more clearance.

I ride a F3 fork ottrot and 28s will not fit.

These are the checker board tread pattern, right?
