Me too, well, not really sorry to crash his thread.

Riding today I looked to the right and saw...

Pdx homies never "crash" a thread...esp when referencing the most (in)famous tombstone.

For those that don't know, the Riverview Cemetery is a major bike blvd joining the West and East side of the city as a safe place (low/no cars) for bike commuters and riders. We aren't crashing a cemetery. They have dedicated biking routes. It's very nice to have...and is a good place to ride...and I think of the dearly departed in my life as I ride through. A quiet reflection place.

A fav hill repeat circuit, and a visual payoff for your climb few hundred feet up from the Drinker:

Something borrowed that’s also blue.

Any way you slice it, or dress it up, this bike kicks.. climbs great, super solid descender - even if it is a bit smol for me.

Roughly 57.5-TT, effective, iirc. Decently tall HT. And classic longer-stays, lower-BB setup that delivers that lovely balanced and lively Kirk ride.

EDIT: here's the original FS thread - https://forums.thepaceline.net/showthread.php?t=264756

I should mention too how lovely the paint is in person.

The "all-black" with the blue looks really, really good. Someone has exquisite taste.

Hehe. Thanks. That's my "bruiser"/racey look. I thought the all black look would be trick. Sort of reminds me of the wheels from my motorcycle racing days.

I have gum wall RH 28s on my "gentleman" wheels for long ride days (like I never get).
