The Dr told me yesterday that I have one more treatment to do. Plus I rode my bike 40 miles today!!! All be it a slow 13 mph. It’s by far the longest ride I have been able to do in years. I saw extended in-law family last night who just got e-bikes to cruise on--at least they are out there, but there you are doing 40 under your own! Awesome. Glad you are on the recovery road, and hopefully 'tis the right season to gain back those pounds--hopefully you are looking forward to finding a new power/weight ratio sweet spot!
