Thankfulness

I know it’s a day early, but I have a great deal to be thankful for.

The Dr told me yesterday that I have one more treatment to do. Plus I rode my bike 40 miles today!!! All be it a slow 13 mph. It’s by far the longest ride I have been able to do in years. I also weighed in at 195. I know some of you guys think that’s heavy, but not for me. I want my 240 back.... but all things in time.
BTW I was 240 when I left the basketball team I was on in college.

So there’s much in this heart to be thankful for.

I'm not sure what treatment you are going through, but congratulations. Hope 2020 is a year of health and plenty of riding for you!

Probably only 5% of the population can ride a bike forty miles. Congrats and all the best with your final treatment and beyond. Have a great Thanksgiving!

I’ve been in front of the line for a LONG time, but life has gotten in the way.

Maybe next year.

Thanks for all the good wishes.

GREAT to hear..!! Who cares about speed, the object of the ride..is the ride.
Regardless of the somewhat conflicting history about this holiday, it IS a great time to be thankful for the good things in our lives..GOOD for you JR..
