SRAM eTap 11s and 12s AXS intercompatibility
The front derailleur on the eTap 11s group can crowd the rear wheel, with some of the bigger tires. The AXS front derailleur from a 12s group offers more clearance. Can it be programmed to work with eTap 11s shifters?

I did see a decent deal on some AXS bits on the Facebook Online Swap Meet group...or maybe the Gravel group.. FD, RD, Cassette, and PM Cranks. |

11 speed parts will not communicate with 12 speed. SRAM wiped the slate clean with the new AXS.

Some reported intercompatibility among the 12s chains. Not officially endorsed by Sram but a few here have done it.

I thought the 11s blips worked on 12s. All else is not compatible?

Blips are cross compatible between original and AXS. The rest of the AXS and eTap electronic bits don't play together.
