Thread pitch/size of threaded hole of Campy EPS power unit?

I’m trying to make my own tool to remove/install the EPS power unit in the seat tube. Mine is mounted down there and I need to get it out. Rather not spend the $100 for the Campy tool if I can avoid it. I’ve got a length of rod, just need to know what size of thread I need for the male end that would screw into the top of the power unit. M5, M4, etc. hopefully it’s not something really unique to Camoagnolo.

Anyone know? I googled and couldn’t find that.
