I pack it in 2 of the silver boxes and I pull the fork. I have the cable disconnects setup to support this. It is a good travel bike for a longer trip, but not so much for a little trip. The wife & I have single bikes with couplers in them for that sort of trip.

It does get noticed were ever it goes!

I'm terrible at taking pictures but here is my Terraferma. It's a mix of S3 and OX Platinum all held together with fillets. The fork is the now defunct Alpha Q Z1 Pro (I don't know what I'll do if I ever need another fork as this one is 374mm axle to crown). I never weighed it but it's pretty light for a big frame Seat tube is 63cm c-c , 58cm TT, 73 degree HTA and STA. Mike Terraferma was really easy to work with. Nice guy and good with communication. When we were taking about tube sizes he encouraged me to call Henry James and tell him Mike was building me a bike. I did and Henry James was very cool. He asked my height and weight and how I wanted the bike to ride and recommended various tubes. It's a really nice riding bike and I like it.

This is why I am trying really hard NOT to sell any more bikes... only add to the herd. I have never sold a bike that I haven't later regretted it. I am glad I have an indulgent wife!

We have a "new bike in, old bike out" rule in our house. I do everything I can to keep my wife happy. Fourflys is getting a great bike, I am keeping the peace in my home, winning all around!

Here is the only orange bike anyone ever needs. Merckx Century TSX Molteni 56cm. Resprayed by Allan Wanta, who as you can see, did an excellent job.
Enjoy!
Lou
