Experience with returns to Merlin Cycles?

Curious to see how this works out for you and I hope they fully cover your return.

I have to say that with dozens of buys over the years frome Merlin they are my favorite and most trusted overseas source.

Two tires and chains from them got to me in Utah earlier this week in 3 days and cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
