OT: The roll in the hay is over

Teri Garr (Young Frankenstein), comedic actor, has left us today.

Always enjoyed her performances

She'll be missed. I loved her performance in the under appreciated "After Hours."

So very sad to say goodbye to a talented performer. In addition to her mainstream, cinematic performances in Young Frankenstein, Tootsie, and Mr. Mom, I'll always remember her as Miss Lincoln in the Star Trek TOS episode, "Assignment Earth". As a college student, I enjoyed her many guest appearances with David Letterman on his late-night show. Sigh. RIP, Teri!

She was so adorable. I love her and Dave Letterman interviews, just the best. She was such a natural. Will be dearly missed.

What a vibrant personality. RIP.

She was also an uncredited dancer in Elvis Presley movies and a go-go dancer on a platform in The T.A.M.I. Show at the beginning of her career.

She was such a fantastic comedic actor! I mean, her role in Young Frankenstein is legendary—her timing and expressions were just spot-on.

It’s always tough to lose someone like her, but I guess we can celebrate the laughs she gave us over the years.

Terri Garr was a natural talent. She always delivered entertainment in what seemed like an effortless way. Must have been a terrific person to work with.

My earliest memory of her was an episode of Star Trek. Young Frankenstein was great but few articles mention her role in Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind. Always loved her.
