Anyone familiar with rotary sturmey archer hubs RS-***

Looking for any guidance on the possibility of making the fulcrum lever designed for horizontal dropouts work with semi-horizontal dropouts for an RS-RF3 hub. The installation guide says that there is a different fulcrum lever available for what they call 'standard' (semi-horizontal) dropouts but seller in the USA or UK has them available (I found them from stores in the netherlands). i sent an email to a LBS to check out QBP but I haven't heard back and I also emailed Suntour in California about the issue but its Saturday.
