Still need to muck around with the seat height/angle as well as bar height. Found a Sugino Mighty seatpost that will work better for this bike. Might need to go with a 90mm Nitto (however those are actually measured LOL ) instead of the 100mm that is there now, but I did raise the stem a bit since this photo was taken.

I hope you have some brown bar tape to go with this, you've done a great job on the color combination saddle/tires and frameset.

I might. I don't know if I want to stick with barends or use some downtube shifters, and still trying to nail down the fit. I put in a 90mm Pearl stem instead of the 100mm, but did not get a chance to ride in to work today.

I'm tempted by the Maware tape from Compass or the Gilles Berthoud.

Ordered a M13 rack directly from Grand Bois last night as well.
