Just noticed this one.

Really a beauty.

FWIW My wife and I joined a rando group for this summer. One of the leaders has a Goodrich that reminds me of this MAP.

Would love to check out your MAP in person though.

So practical and it looks like it's ready to take on day trips in a super classy style.

I'm not usually a fan of black bikes, but when I get the Proteus resprayed I will probably stay with the black. It just seems like the right color for it

Apologies for the NDS shots...
here are some of my other black bikes

Meivici SG, gone but never forgotten.

Master 55...not sure if this actually qualifies as a black bike..but I guess it's mostly black??

I've since removed the weightweenie components and will be replacing it with the prim and proper Campy SR11 2009 edition without the red highlites

Thinking 80th Anniversary Super Record or Super Record RS may be the way to go. Some matte steez to tame all that shiny gold.

Actually searched high and low for the RS groupset in NOS , looking for a complete groupo with 170mm crankset.
Hard to come by hence the decision to go for the first gen SR11.

Cheers!
