Zwift/ Tacx Neo/Ipad to ANT+ HELP!!!!!

Need some help techies, I have the Ipad newist version to usb with dongle and the Tacx picks up fine on Zwift and I wanted to add my HR monitor so I know when im going to die..I bought the wahoo ANT+ usb and plugged that into the back of the TV nothing worked so I plugged it into a USB charger and that didnt work.
Whats next?

Pretty sure the ANT+ dongle doesn't work with iPad only bluetooth. Is the HRM also bluetooth?

no the HR is not its a Garmin thats why I thought the ANT+ would convert it into Bluetooth? IM usually wrong more than I am right

Yeah, the dongle is meant for computers. The USB in an iPad doesn't support it. I have a 4iiii HRM for bluetooth and it even bridges other ANT+ devises with HR information.

Wahoo HRM is also bluetooth if I remember right.

I use a wahoo dongle which plugs into this (although you can find it cheaper than link I just grabbed) which plugs into iPad.

Issue I had with that method is iPad batter didn’t last long enough for app and streaming to tv and dongle/adapter plug into place where charge cord goes on iPad. So I ended up buying a wahoo hrm as that works off Bluetooth and plugged the iPad into the charger

Yea looks like ill go buy a Wahoo HR. maybe the shop will let me return the ant+ kit and ill get the HR monitor.

return the dongle and buy a bluetooth HRM

or

return the dongle and buy a CABLE ant+ bridge that turns your ANT+ signal(s) into Bluetooth.
