Above and beyond CS- Silca

So, my trusty Silca Ultimate pump from 2016 started leaking a few months ago. I asked Silca for help and they said to spray soapy water on it and see where it leaked. Turned out to be leaking around the gauge. I took apart thinking I would be able to open the gauge and replace a gasket or the like. Nope, it's not an user serviceable gauge. Bummer. Whoa, replacements are $75.

I took a flyer and asked Silca if they would warranty it. They did! Sent me a new gauge in a couple of days.

Nice touch. It was an expensive pump and I'm really happy they stood behind it this far out! Will definitely keep them on my business to support list.

Nice.

I admit that I lust for a Silca SuperPista Digital Floor Pump and have been waiting for my current pump to break to buy the Silca. My current pump gage is wildly inaccurate, I am now thinking of classifying that as broken
