I've got a Rival 22 groupset BNIB for less than your budget. Works as well as Force 1, just a bit of heftier. Shifters, post-mount calipers, new rotors, clutch RD and braze on FD if you want it.

I also have a Rival 1 group including shifters, rd, flat mount, 160mm rotors (i have both centerlock and 6 bolt) and bb30 crankset 172.5/40T. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you aren't 100% set on Force.

Works great with a SRAM 2x10 MTB derailleur. Not so much with the Force 1/Rival 1/Apex 1.
