In a box and headed to its new home in Hawaii today. Onesto with Terraplane stays built with Shimano 9100, HED Ardennes Blacks with 28 mm Contis, Deda bar/stem and Handlebar bar wrap.

Thanks. I can hardly believe it's happening. I'm going to setup a lawn chair in the driveway and wait for the FedEx truck to arrive.

Dave thinks this may be the first Kirk he's sent to Hawaii which makes it even more special if that's possible. One of one and the one and only (on Maui).

Simplicity of design is often the hardest thing to do. Making things big and heavy and complicated is much easier than boiling down the design to a minimal level where nothing more can be taken away.

Triple F dropouts in stainless.

A little bronze affixed to some very light and strong stainless.

It's always fun to have my worked noticed by the good people at the Radavist...and in this case the paint work of Dario Pegoretti.

Jaybe's bike looks great and he did a great job with the build. Top shelf work IMO.

An Onesto headed to Idaho next week. I'm looking forward to hanging the Campy kit and HED wheels on it and testing it out.

That is really nice. I just like the clean lines and the cool way your logo/name was done.

Simple, clean, good to go. Nice.

I stepped into the past and took this old friend out for a ride at Lewis and Clark state park just south of Three Forks, Montana this afternoon. It's just as much fun now as it was when I designed and built it over 20 years ago.

It makes me want to design and build a new one over the winter. We'll see.....

Oh, I remember that frame!

We got one at the store and did a head-2-head test with the comparable Specialized. The Serotta destroyed the Spec. I always wanted one but could never afford it (same thing with the Hors Cat).

Be still my 16-year old heart!
