Those full blacks look great! I just ordered a pair of them the other day. I can't wait to replace the anthracite Corsas with the full blacks on my black TCR.

Mint condition Dura Ace 7900 tubulars - not sure what I ‘need’ them for but I’m a sucker for a good deal!

But hey, I like 'em anyway. These are a recent Forum buy. I detailed 'em a bit and mounted some super tubular tires.

There, I said it.

I'm such a dinosaur...

Sworks Turbo "Hell of the North" 28mm tubular tires stretching on Mavic R Sys Slr wheels. I'll glue em later today and tomorrow. I really like these wheels. I think im gonna like em more with these tires.

Now that it's been a few months, have you ridden these tires much yet?

I'm bugging my counterparts at the two local specialized shops to get me a price on a set - should have bought them when they had buy one get one 50% off maybe three months ago. Building a set of Aivee MP2 hubs to some Edge 2.68 tubulars I picked up off a forum user for a song, wanting a little bit wider tire than the 21.5mm corsas I have....

yup, favorite tire ive ridden. ride em a lot actually. most notable on descents for certain, so much confidence. so far durable as anything else comparable, dont seem any more or less durable than my go to veloflex. just more grip and plenty of speed.

It's summertime so I stripped off the fenders and put some fat rubber on the travel bike. Office photo since it's on commuter-duty at the moment:

Awesome. I'll be grabbing a set. Should be a great wheelset & great ride on the ti road disc thingy.

yes, right on! now i hope you like them. i think these are supposed to be more durable than other sworks tires on account of a wider slice of rubber down the middle. who knows? im sure one could look it up. but yeah, i think this is a fine fine tire. now i wanna ride the seven tomorrow. the new gravel bike has been taking all the saddle time of late
